Here are the terms of our warranty. We will replace any defective SoundBeast product at our expense.

The warranty period is 1-year unless extended to 2-years by completing the registration form on our website. For the warranty extension to be valid, the product must be registered within the original 1-year warranty period and prior to the product being damaged. Otherwise, the warranty cannot be extended and will be considered permanently expired.

A photo of the product and the original receipt or order number are required to make a warranty claim.

The maximum number of warranty claims per individual product is two. The maximum number of warranty claims total per household is three.
